Thus, later became BASIC INTERIORS AND CONTRUCTION CORPORATION., which was duly organized and incorporated with the security and Exchange Commission on 28th of February 2011as a General Contractor with its principal address at Blk.4 Lot 21-A Emerald St., Greenwoods Pinagbuhatan Pasig City with an authorize Capital Stock Of (2,000,000)
