The New Rural Bank of Binalbagan, Inc. (Negros Occidental) is a bank in the Philippines existing under the conditions stated in the Rural Banks Act of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 720 of 1952, for the purpose of providing the people of rural communities with credit facilities on reasonable terms and encourage cooperatives.

History

The bank was established on May 11, 1975, duly acknowledged by the Securities and Exchange Commission (Philippines) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, with an initial capital of only 1,236,900 Philippine pesos. Its current principal office is located in Barangay Progreso, National Highway, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.

On 1979 it won the Award for Rural Bank of the Year for providing outstanding financial services to the residents of Binalbagan, Negros Occidental
