» Mechanical Plant and Piping Installation Surveys
Using electronic survey equipment, every facet of the pipework and its components can be surveyed enabling its dimensions and geometry to be reproduced during off-site fabrication. Route surveys for new pipework to be installed in processing plants, chemical works, oil refineries, 0ffshore production and drilling platforms, including the location and geometry of tie in points with full dimensional and clash checks throughout a proposed route. Results of route surveys can be presented as "red line" mark ups of existing isometrics or G.A.s or as CAD drawings or 3D models.

Full facilities are available for surveying of complex civil structures to accuracies of up to ±0.5mm using the latest electronic measuring equipment.
 
» Fabrication Surveys
Attendance at fabrication workshops to provide dimensional control facilities to assist accurate construction of piping and structural steel components. The services include setting up of assemblies at pre weld stage with interim surveys prior to final welding, with the fully documented "as built" postweld survey reports. The company's computer software can provide complete statistics on the dimensional and geometrical integrity of the fabricated components, including flange deflections and bolt hole rotations.
