On July 2010, a group of Real Estate Salespersons formed an association for the purpose of achieving welfare among their peers. The association is the very first of its kind in Cebu, perhaps even in the Philippines, which promotes on the enlightening and empowering the Real Estate Salespersons on their freedom and potentials in the real estate industry.

Real Estate Association of License Salesperson Inc. or REALS Inc., was granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the Certificate of Registration dated October 14, 2010. Through time, the association had grown and it is no longer comprised of Salespersons only but also includes those members who passed the licensure examination for Real Estate Broker.

The Board of Directors has taken the bold step of exploring the organization's potentials in the real estate industry in accordance to its Articles and By-Laws. Several meetings were conducted with some Real Estate Salespersons and Real Estate Brokers in Cebu to gather information and ideas for establishing a new realty firm.

From thereon, REALS ALLIED AND PARTNERSHIP COMPANY was born and composed of Five (5) Board of Directors. With the expertise of its members, the company aims to deliver quality services to their clients
