Gerry Metal Craft began operates as the sole supplier of Goldilocks in 2000. Founded by Gerardo Dela Pena, the company outgrew its original facility and the manufacturing plant in Norzagaray, Bulacan from 1,100sqm to its present 5,200sqm. The company expanded its production to clear its growing client list and demand.

The company's primary product line is custom designed metal, wood and leather furniture, fiberglass and display counters. Late in 2005, it diversified its product line when it started to manufacture stainless steel equipments and acrylic counter displays. And also, during this year the Gerry Metal Craft established its subsidiary company, the GMC Builders, Freeze Air Engineering Services and Justine and Jenine Food Corporation which provide the construction,mechanical works, and other services.
