Established in September 2004 by four career experts whose goal is to tap the unquestioned competence of Baguio City's human resource and make it the dynamo that ignites better employment opportunities. TOP, Inc. was a by-product of
successful transcription training programs which started from the
Center for Technical Excellence- the school backbone of TOP, Inc. and its mother company. Today, the two companies do more than business. They are now considered as the pioneers of
medical transcription, legal and business transcription, encoding,
inventory systems services, trans-coding and other business
process outsource -related services TOP, Inc. maintains its leadership position in the BPO as a constant innovator. Last March 2005, it founded the first Baguio Alliance for Medical Transcription that now services various hospitals in California and clinics from places like Texas, Houston, Wisconsin, New York, Minnesota and Alaska. It has also serviced Australia for some projects on the legal and documentation process.
