RG Financial Services (RGFS) was set-up in 2001 to handle the middle/back office needs of the Reference Group of Companies. The Group, with offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila, handles quantitative alternative investments. The demand for professional financial processing services moved RGFS to offer these services outside the Group since 2004.

RGFS offers securities/fund processing services to domestic and offshore managers, investors/sponsors of pooled investment schemes including investment trusts, mutual funds, hedge funds, fund-of-funds, employee benefit plans, and collective savings/loans schemes.

Our securities processing services include securities registry, processing, and investment accounting for domestic and global securities.

Our fund processing services include fund accounting (investment tracking, transaction processing, fund valuation, tax/regulatory compliance reporting), fund administration (financial statement preparation, audit/legal/tax services coordination), and investor/sponsor services (plan design, registry, participant/sponsor reporting).

RGFS continues to invest in training its staff on global capital markets and enhancing its proprietary financial processing systems.


Unique Selling Proposition

RGFS has been utilizing its combined experience and exposure to recognized global and domestic financial institutions to create, maintain and continuously improve a back office system for its securities and fund processing services.

RGFS has also been one of the first service providers to be granted approval by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to provide back office operations to the Unit Investment Trust Funds of the Trust Banking Group of several banks.
