We at FullVallueContract pioneered the integration of outdoor adventure-based programs as an engaging non-traditional learning methodology. For more than 18 years now, we have delivered exciting and effective teambuilding/leadership workshops to the different top corporations in the country. The program is experiential by nature. Utilizing low and high ropes courses, teams go through a graduated level of activities ranging from simple to complex in terms of emotional and physical challenging experiences. A typical seminar is spent 80% outdoors. Engaged in the different activities, participants learn and appreciate each other’s talents and find ways to resolve conflicts to become a high performing team.
Another key element is the processing of the experience. A cornerstone of all adventure-based programs is how to naturally surface the important learning from the experience in the outdoors and link it to a typical day at work.
FullValueContract Co. is a SEC registered partnership organization established October of 2011. FVC Co. is licensed to operate under the business permit issued by the Pasig City Hall. The owners are Martin Semilla and Ma. Angelita Semilla. Martin and Gi previously worked with LUBID Inc. LUBID Inc. was among the first to utilize adventure-based activities for teambuilding and leadership seminars. Martin and Gi played an important role in creating the name of LUBID Inc. as a credible group in the corporate world. Martin and Gi were among the 5 owners of LUBID Inc. before establishing FullValueContract Co.
