We are the first Transcription Company in Bacolod City, the capital city of Negros Occidental, one of the major islands in the Visayan Islands in the Philippines. We are a 40-seater, operating two shifts as of now. We achieve about 20,000 lines a day and send our work back at no less than 98% accuracy in either 12 or 24 hours. Given a need for a third shift, we can readily increase our manpower in the same increment. As a standard, we are HIPAA compliant and follow the standards of AAMT as our guideline. We have very good internet connections in our area, our main connection being a SDSL with an ADSL line for our backup.

As a contractual condition, all of FIDMI's transcriptionists sign a statement of confidentiality. All reports are delivered electronically, which safeguards against unauthorized access. All files are securely stored at FIDMI in permanent backup for future access as needed.
