After five years of operation, we noticed that many Filipinos, including professionals, are grammatically challenged, especially those who do not use English as part of their daily conversation. In 2011, we addressed this concern by welcoming Dr. Murray Peter Heasley (senior IELTS examiner of IDP and BC from 2002 to 2011 and a native English speaker from Otago, New Zealand) to the 9.0 NINER family as our exclusive consultant and lecturer.
