Marketing:
For Trainees after Training:
EmC Crew Training and Consultancy is a Training Institution and not a Crewing/Manning Agency. We only give free consultancy and recommendation/referral to our trainees for their job hunting/employment after their training course with us.
EmC has a link with a crewing agency that hires personnel for Passenger/Luxury Vessels. The concept is, to let our trainees be given an interview and priority to be accommodated for employment. But we don’t guarantee that all our trainees will be hired by the Agency. It depends upon the Agency to choose their recruits (depending on the physical appearance, attitude, medical examination, etc. of the trainee).
For those trainees who were unfortunate to be hired by this Agency, EmC will still render them free consultation/referral to other manning companies, like the other Training Centers use to do.
Emc will not advertize its link with this crewing agency for the purpose of avoiding any criticism/grievances from those trainees who were unfortunate to be hired by this crewing agency.
