Since the founding in 1991, NEXUS COMMUNITY steadfastly gained network integration expertise by consulting, designing, and implementing various enterprise application developments and installation projects. Relying on these experiences, we had initiated CTI product development in 1995. By 1998, NEXUS introduced the first packaged solution (CTMP Suite) developed from ground up by our research and development team, it is a complete inbound and outbound call center solution. In recognition of achievements, NEXUS had received the National Technology Mark in Korea. Since then, we have introduced several follow up products to serve business needs better. Our multimedia CTMP Suite V3.0 and Outbounds Solution V4.0 was introduced in 2000 to position as the leader of the CTI technology company. We have high quality research and development engineers as well as advanced test facilities to analyze and study multi vendor PBX systems to assure reliable integration and to test highly developed features demanded by today?s technology evolution fueled businesses. Today NEXUS has Overseas offices in China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines, and has succesfully deployed its Inbound and Outbound Call Center Solution in more than 300 sites in ASIA and US.
