Hermosa Ecozone Development Corporation (HEDC) is the developer of Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park (HEIP). Alongside HEIP is another component of HEDC?s development project ? Hermosa Ecozone Leisure Estate (HELE), an integrated residential, commercial, leisure and resort development anchored on the Hermosa Golf Club & Resort and a new town center.

HEIP is a 165-hectare world-class economic zone located in Hermosa, Bataan province. It is strategically located right in the middle of the country?s growth corridor of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Special Economic Zone and Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ). HEIP is approximately 25 kilometers from SBMA and 50 kilometers from CSEZ. A Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway is now being constructed and would soon link HEIP to SBMA and CSEZ. Makati City, the financial center of Metro Manila, is only 96 kilometers by land or a short 45 minutes by sea via the Manila Bay-Bataan ferry system.
