The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines is a service-oriented organization whose main goal is to foster ties and business relations between the Philippines and Europe. The ECCP provides consultancy services and creates linkages between companies and individuals with business interests in Europe and the Philippines. The ECCP initiated the European IT Service Center to bridge the IT demand in Europe and the supply of IT and IT-enabled services in the Philippines.
