The Manantan Institute of Science and Technology comprises of our Technical Education & Skills Development (TESDA)-Certified Training and Assessment Center.
The training center is one of the best in the Philippines with almost 50 years of service to the Filipino people and the whole world.
The Assessment Center (MIST Assessment Center) is was established in 2007 to cater to individuals who want to undergo assessment in heavy equipment operation and Heavy Equipment Servicing.
Particularly, the MIST Assessment Center conducts assessments in the following areas: Hydraulic Excavator Operation, Wheel Loader Operation, Forklift Operation, Backhoe Loader Operation and Heavy Equipment (Mechanical) Servicing.
Currently, the MIST Assessment Center has three (3) in-house competency assessors who keep abreast of technological developments in their fields, the better to help them evaluate the performance of those who undergo assessments in the different competencies in heavy equipment operation and Heavy Equipment Servicing.
The MIST Assessment Center envisions to become a center for impartial, comprehensive and accurate evaluation of technical-vocational competencies which are firmly grounded on the demonstration of knowledge of theories and their practical and skilled application.
