Our corporation is owned and managed by experts in the field of manning and shipping industry. The owners are mostly, highly experienced marine officers; masters, chief engineers, chief officers and a consultant former ship technical superintendent. These marine professionals, decided to pool their talents, expertise, resources, and long-run maritime experience in response to the growing needs of the manning industry. Some of our owners/officers managing the corporation have also worked as top recruitment managers of several reputable manning companies in the Philippines like POMI, Naess Philippines, El Greco Shipping, KGJS Manila, Magsaysay, MST Phils. and Pac Basin (formerly Indo china Ship Management.)
Three of the owners have been in the manning and recruitment industry for more than two decades now, therefore boasting of a network of onboard marine officers and other manning industry connections. They could provide clients with marine officers whose characters and competence they have known for a long time.
