Company History
JG Lagman Design and Builders is a general contractor, developer, designer, property consultant & management services and real state company that was founded by Mr. Joe Guevarra Lagman and Nesely Nolie Clidoro Garcia, combined with their knowledge in one vision and common goal- that providing good and quality projects. Not only by means of profit rewarding, but to establish business ethics, trust, honest and satisfaction to our valued clients/ customers needs. In resulting us to strengthened our company reputation and morale.
Our beginning
Since 1986, Mr. Lagman who had 25 years of varied experience actual construction and designing on architectural & structural in construction industry and real estate firm.
After his endeavor to the private company in year 1993, he decided put his own construction company. The company name was “Sater Philippines” a construction company. The early years were unusual time for opportunity, from residential renovation interior design and house construction. After two years of struggled, In time of extraordinary opportunities in construction project, our company engaged to other line of business in Hardware Industry. We called:
DAN CEDRIC CONSTRUCTION and HARDWARE founded in late year 2003, the Hardware business will continued to grow even the construction and design services.

In 2004 - CEDRIC CONSTRUCTION and HARDWARE continue to develop our services and decided to categorize by line of business, an able to give the client a good and quality services.
