The MT Training Department started with (8) eight students last December 10, 2003. ON RECRUITMENT

The training department has a unique recruitment procedure for its trainees.

First, it invites all interested trainee applicants for a one on one orientation every Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11 o’clock in the morning. Part of the orientation is a FREE assessment on expressions and competent communication skill. Second, it provides a diagnostic exam for all qualified trainee-applicants. The result of the exam maps up the training approach and guides the coach for a more effective teaching.

The Training Department has a competent teaching core. They have been equipped as to methodologies of teaching, approaches used in a more creative classroom management. Regular Teachers’ trainings are also given for free.

All students enrolled in the Medical Transcription and Legal Transcription programs are given the privilege to enjoy 60% discount from all CTEISI’s training events within the whole duration of their program.
