The UPV Cebu College is the oldest among UPV\'s colleges, established in 1918 as a satellite unit of UP Diliman. The College\'s undergraduate courses and graduate studies have produced alumni who have been recognized as leaders in the arts, journalism, management, politics and governance, human resource development, industrial relations, and development work. Through relevant researches, trainings and technical assistance, UPVCC has contributed significantly in Region VII\'s development. It is a recognized center of expertise in sustainable education by the United Nations and a Center of Excellence in Information Technology Education by CHED given in 2006.
