Inter-arch was established in july 2001. We are a one stop design and construction company that does residential, commercial, and office space. we do everything from site inspection to space planning and designing to construction. we also facilitate and secure permits such as building permits, electrical permits, occupancy permits and other municipal permits.

With our shop and office located in Mandaluyong City, and a team of interior designers, engineers, architect and skilled workers we started doing mall shops, boutiques, kiosks and condominium units.

In the first few years of the company we learned early on that quality and on-time project completion is essential in maintaining a good relationship with our clients, so that became the core of the company. With a growing satisfied client base, we strive to give our clients a worry free experience from the first client meeting to project completion.

Our scope of work covers designing and space planning to execution and construction.With the use of Autocad, 3d presentations, working drawings, plans and swatchboards We ensure that the design concept is clear to our clients.

Residential Space Requirements
We do condominium design, fit-out and renovation, we custom make furniture, repair, reupholstery and revarnish, installation of wallpaper, interior and exterior wall to ceiling painting, curtains and roman shades, kitchen cabinets, electrical, carpentry,masonry and tile works.

Commercial and Office Space Requirements
Installation of Signage, Restaurant Kitchen Equipments, Furnitures, Glass Panel and Mirror Installation, Office partitions and work stations, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works Including aircondition, ducting and exhaust, Masonry and tile works, Electrical and Carpentry Works.

Other services, we also make kiosks/carts and exhibit booths.
