Dr. Sharon D. Roy and Sona Roy opened the Shanti Ayurvedic Center for Universal Wellbeing on 15th Novenber, 2013 to help people experience physical healing, mental freedom, and attain higher state of consciousness. The Center is located at Quezon City, Metro Manila, we offer a wide variety of natural healing and wellness services, yoga and meditation classes, vegetarian cooking, spiritual retreats, panchakarma training programs that integrate the art and science of healing of the Ayurveda in India with locally available herbs ans traditional methods.

Shanti Avurveda is a center for healing and transformation of consciousness that lead ti experiences the oneness and happiness. It’s mission is to provide health and wellness services with utmost love and care, to help people achieve an ideal balance in life, and to teach them Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy, principles and practices that they can use to nurture their own health, restore balance in their lives, and feel joy and fulfillment in their hearts.
