The FMN Industrial Corporation (FMNIC) started its operations in 2005. It was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2005 under SEC Company Registration No. CS 200504170. In span of four years FMNIC has already become a major player in motorcycle distribution and service centers in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan through its affiliate Power Racer Incorporated. Recently FMNIC entered the National Capital Region market in Quezon City. In June 2009, FMNIC sealed a deal with LBC purchasing 50 units of modified Honda motorcycles. The FMNIC-LBC partnership continues. In January 2010, LBC placed an order of 100 units of modified Honda motorcycles. Ten units of motorcycles will be delivered monthly to LBC from January to October 2010, with prospects of the continuity of the deal. FMNIC, geared toward innovation, has recently opened one-stop-shop for appliances and furniture to meet customer’s need. Nick Appliances and Furniture Gallery (NAFG) is located at Advance Credit Corporation Building, Maharlika Highway, Barangay Dicarma, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. It started its soft opening in June 2009. NAFG had its very first addition of branch in Gerona, Tarlac which opened in March 2010.
