M. Rubia, Inc. is managed under the tough leadership of its President, Mildred R. Angeles. Her record in Landscaping and Construction is closed to its silver jubilee. She has vast experiences in Landscaping and Construction and the opportune privilege to have worked with D. M. Consunji, Inc, the 3rd Civil Engineering Squadron of the US Air Force, and the Mimosa Leisure Estate.
In 1997 she joined and co-owned Eibron Builders and Maintenance Inc. Here she was exposed to Landscaping Works both in Softscape and Hardscape. She was in charge of the operations of the Company. Her most recent completed projects are the Landscaping Works for the NORTH LUZON EXPRESSWAY, various refurbishing works at ALABANG TOWN CENTER, CITY CENTER PROMENADE UNDER MAKATI DEVELOPMENT CORP., PLANTING OF ROYAL PALM AT 11TH AVE. MEDIAN UNDER FORT BONIFACIO DEVELOPMENT CORP.
