The Design Process Council of the Philippines (DPCP) is an organization of providers of outsourced services for the preparation and processing of design. This service is likewise more commonly known as Engineering Outsourcing. As with the other business components of other industries, the design professions are headed toward the road of outsourcing as globalization makes the world interconnected. By labeling the outsourced service as 'Design Process Delivery', we at DPCP aims to distinguish the Philippine brand while working towards making it collectively synonymous to the reliable delivery of technical savvy and design flair.

The sector is referred to as a silent giant. Finding its roots as early as the 70's when draftsmen laboriously prepared manual drawings then shipped out as blue prints, the sector now faces the opportunity to gain ground and grow its share of a $60 Billion global construction market. The Philippines has 75,000 technical professionals. There is much potential to be cultivated as there are only about 3,800 technical design professionals currently involved in Design Process Delivery. The DPCP works for the Philippines to be at the forefront of the wave as the outsourcing tide ebbs into mainstream design practice. In the future we envision for the organization to accept membership for all niche types of outsourced design services
